Official Rules for the Visit Glasgow MO – “Rendezvous by the River Giveaway”.

1. There is no purchase necessary or donation required to enter or win. Any payment of any kind is not related to this Giveaway and will not increase chances.  You can also mail an entry to Visit Glasgow MO, c/o Rendezvous by the River, 1000 Randolph St., Glasgow MO 65254, providing email, name, mailing address and phone.  The request must be received by June 20, 2023.
2. One winner will be announced with a computer-generated random drawing on June 23, 2023 via Visit Glasgow MO Facebook page.
3. Rendezvous by the River is provided by and for the benefit of Visit Glasgow MO, a charitable organization under Section 501c-3 of the Internal Revenue Code. The Giveaway is only intended for legal residents in the 50 United States and is subject to applicable federal, state, and local law.  VOID where prohibited.
4. Any members or officers of Visit Glasgow MO (VGMO) or their immediate family are not eligible to win any prize.
5. Prizes are awarded “AS IS”. Any other costs, fees, or expenses not included with the prize such as federal, state, or local taxes on prizes or travel expenses are the sole responsibility of each winner.
6. By entering “Rendezvous by the River Getaway”, entrants release VGMO and its members, agents, volunteers and other related entities from any and all liability with respect to prizes. Each entrant also grants VGMO permission to use their name, photograph, information, and comments for prmotional purposes without payment of additional consideration, except where prohibited by law.
